Help for Abused Partners, located in Sterling, Colorado, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) domestic violence program incorporated in 1982 to provide emergency shelter and outreach services for victims of domestic violence and their children in Logan, Phillips and Sedgwick Counties in northeast Colorado.

We provide a 24-hour crisis line, an emergency shelter, an outreach client facility, and weekly support groups in all three counties for victims and for children.

Our services are available in English and Spanish and for victims with disabilities.

Our mission is the elimination of domestic violence in all its forms through community education, comprehensive advocacy and the empowerment of battered women and their children.

Our vision is for confidential and comprehensive services for victims of domestic violence, governed by decision-makers who are committed to creating change, and a community of individuals who are empowered to make safe and healthy choices for themselves and their families.
